love you so much that it hurts
enough to let you go
if it means you will be happier

my pain

your life was enriched
thank you
for being there
for crossing my life
though you may not now

to share your joys
your pain
your dreams
your hopes
your troubles
to hear your sweet words
fall like sweet rain
upon my parched ears
to feel your soft hand
in mine
to look upon your face
is a delight
to gaze into your eyes
an experience in which I could lose myself
for you are lovely
in my eyes
you are truly
the most wonderful
but you are not mine
you belong to one far greater
and if He should so desire

A thought of you

The day has passed again
with many a thought of you
the smell of spring in the air
the scent of soap in you hair
the sun setting over the sea
sparkling off the waves
like candlelight in your eyes
showing honesty - no lies
A thought of you
makes me breathe deep
enjoying the the fresh smell
of rain on dry ground
and miss having you around.
I take a walk alone
through the park
seeing the stars peep
from behind spring clouds
moonlit from behind
showing pictures of the mind
some cruel, some kind
but many bring back
a thought of you.
